Hi, I’m Luke and I'm the Sales Manager for the South of the UK, and Dealer Connector in South Wales.

I entered the Motor Trade at 14, I was a “Saturday boy” washing the cars on the forecourt of my local Vauxhall dealership and opening cars up if the sales team was busy. From there, I did work experience in sales, and as soon I was able to leave school and join the trade full time – I jumped at it!
I started off in valeting and worked my way up in various roles such as Sales Support, Trainee Sales, Sales Executive, Sales Controller & Business Manager. While working as a Business Manager in a main dealership, I also studied at Loughborough University, where I gained a qualification in Automotive Management and Marketing. My background in the motor trade along with my degree has really helped me gain extra knowledge to help dealers in the industry, my hands on experience also allows me to understand the struggles and frustrations they have to combat on a daily basis.

When I heard Connected Car Finance was launching in my area to give independent dealers the same lenders and products, I jumped at the chance to work here and I have never looked back since!

I love helping dealers get business paid out, and helping them offer the best finance options to their customers.

I first met Luke on site in March 2019 when he called in with an information pack for CCF. He struck us all as professional, with a non pushy with a pleasant attitude and considerable experience in the Motor Trade. After a few days of consultation and deliberation with Mike & Simon (the business owners) the decision to move to CCF as our tier 1 and indeed only finance provider was made.
Nearly a year down the road and not a single regret, Luke is the consummate professional and is always on hand if we have an issue of any kind, we see him every week for a catch up on site and if he cannot make it for whatever reason, he always lets us know. I can honestly say he is the Best Finance Sales Manager I have ever worked with in over 30 years and the move to Connected Car Finance was and will continue to be one of the best moves we have made as a business. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have a really pleasant “Can do” attitude, big shout out to George (living the dream) Wayling, Jessica, Beth and James, if I’ve missed anyone, apologies, you all do a fantastic job, It really is a pleasure working with you guys.
We have recently made the move off the Autotrader platform and were helped by CCF to set up our new website with a great together with G Forces, which is working really well with no significant drop off in either footfall or web based enquiries.
So to sum up, if you’re tired of the “same old, same old” from your current finance provider, poor customer service, forgotten what your finance rep looks like, let alone remember his name because you haven’t seen him in ages, high customer fee’s, low commissions and you are left feeling underwhelmed.
There really is NO REASON why you shouldn’t take a deep breath and make the move, I’m pretty sure you will not regret it.

Connected Car Finance is a trading style of DSG Financial Services Ltd. DSG Financial Services Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales with a company number 02313903. Our VAT registration number is 322 3523 42. DSG Financial Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 649675.

We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We are not an independent financial advisor; we will provide details of products available, but no advice or recommendation will be made. You must decide whether the finance product is right for you. We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The commission arrangements we have in place vary, depending on how you are introduced to us and with which lender we are able to place you with. When you are introduced to us by a motor retailer, we may be paid a flat fee, regardless of the interest rate you pay, finance product, length of agreement, or amount of finance. We may also be paid a fixed rate of commission, calculated as a percentage of the amount of finance. We will always introduce you to the most suitable finance lender offering you the most appropriate finance product for your needs, and at the best interest rate possible (which is determined by the finance lender) based on the commission we are paid and by your credit profile. The amount of commission we receive and pay, and your credit profile, will impact the amounts you pay under your credit agreement. In both cases, we will pass a proportion of the commission paid to us to the motor retailer that introduced you to us. We may also be paid, and pay the motor retailer, higher commission depending on the type and age of vehicle or based on the finance product you are provided with. In these cases, commission levels vary based on the levels of work required to be undertaken by us and the motor retailer. Whilst we may receive higher levels of commission based on the finance product you are provided with, this is always based on the level of work required in relation to the particular product and we will not seek to secure finance products that are not suitable for your needs.

We may select a lender which is part of our group (Unity Auto Finance Ltd). We will only ever select this particular lender from the panel available to us if it is in your interests and is the most appropriate lender for your particular needs.
